Kevin Dean – Group Managing Director

Kevin has been at the helm of Fraser Eagle's group of companies since February 2005 and has driven the business into new and exciting areas.
Kevin first joined Fraser Eagle as a consultant in 2000 after a long career with British Rail as a station and retail manager and a distinguished career in local government.
Before taking the top job he held posts including operations manager and operations director for Fraser Eagle Management Services and chief operating officer of Fraser Eagle Group.

Steve Ellis – Managing Director, Fraser Eagle Management Services

Steve was appointed managing director of FEMS in January 2007 after previously working in a procurement role as director of purchase and supply.
Steve heads our operational team of planners, purchasers, controllers and co-ordinators, as well as overseeing strategy for sourcing taxi and coach operators, supplier performance and contract management.
Before joining Fraser Eagle, Steve was previously head of procurement for Wales & Borders Trains and has also worked as a mechanical purchasing manager for Sony.

John Brooks – Managing Director, Fraser Eagle Rightlines

John heads the Rightlines team which is responsible for sales growth, business development and account management for Fraser Eagle's core transport businesses, particularly in the airline, business continuity, people management and infrastructure industries.
Before joining Fraser Eagle in 2003, John had a successful spell at Network Rail and before that enjoyed a successful 21-year career in the military.
During his time with Network Rail, John worked as station manager at Birmingham New Street station and project interface manager during the three-year rebuild of Leeds City Station.

Howard Tyrer – Managing Director, Fraser Eagle Coaching & Tours

Howard joined Fraser Eagle in January 2003 from his father’s coach business, Tyrer Tours, where he had been transport manager.
Since joining Fraser Eagle, Howard, a former professional golfer, has worked as duty manager in Fraser Eagle’s control centre and as operations manager for Fraser Eagle Management Services.
Howard was appointed managing director of Coaching & Tours in 2005 and has since built a strong management team that is helping the company enjoy the most successful period in its history.
Tyrer Tours was purchased by Fraser Eagle in April 2005.

Nicky Cummings – Managing Director, Fraser Eagle Business Solutions

Nicky heads up our telemarketing, e-commerce and corporate services company Fraser Eagle Business Solutions.
She was appointed to the role in January 2007 after two years of leading change across Fraser Eagle as Corporate Development Manager and has also served in numerous other operational and commercial roles since joining Fraser Eagle in 2000.
Nicky leads an expert team of telemarketers that offer services including information gathering, telephone research, data capture & cleansing, lead generation, appointment setting and customer satisfaction surveys.

Fiona Croasdale – Director of HR Services

Fiona heads up our corporate and centralised HR Services and is responsible for the planning of all our human resource strategies and employee relations.
Working towards graduate membership of the CIPD, Fiona has led our HR Services at both operational and strategic level for four years.
Fiona’s experienced team is responsible for training standards, health and safety at work and environmental performance.

Graeme Lawson - Director of Financial Services


Graeme is responsible for finance management and reporting within the group’s UK operations.
His strong financial background includes being a management accountant for Warburtons and finance director of engineering at William Tatham Ltd.
Graeme heads an experienced team of finance, invoice and payroll managers.

Paul McCarthy – Director of Central & IT Services

Paul is responsible for all non coach-related procurement within Fraser Eagle Group and is also our company secretary.
Paul, a Qualified Chartered Accountant with substantial experience in senior positions within the travel industry, leads an experienced procurement and IT team.

Michelle Hurst – Director of Marketing Services

Michelle joined Fraser Eagle in 2000 after successful marketing roles with Glynn Webb Home Improvement Stores and Fatty Arbuckles American Diners.
Michelle leads an experienced team responsible for co-ordinating and managing marketing activity across all Fraser Eagle Group business.
Her main role is strategically planning and implementing marketing activities and budgets, brand development and exhibition and event planning.
Michelle holds a degree in Business Studies from Bolton University and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
